We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit an enquiry through our contact form or Aria assistant. The data collected may include:

• Company name and country
• Organisation type, area of interest, budget range, and timeline (optional)
• The content of your message

We do not collect data through tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or advertising technology.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and assess whether QAIR can assist you
• Maintain a record of enquiries for internal operational purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis

Our legal basis for processing your personal data is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): responding to an enquiry you have chosen to initiate. We have assessed that our interest in responding does not override your rights and interests, given that you initiated contact and the data is used only for that purpose.

5. Third-party processors

Your data is processed by the following sub-processors to enable our service:

• Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery (your enquiry is sent to us via Resend's API)
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and serverless functions

⚠ Assumption: data processing agreements (DPAs) with Resend and Vercel have been or will be executed before live deployment. Infrastructure locations have not been independently confirmed.

6. Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of business communications, or as required by applicable law. If you wish to request deletion, contact us at info@qair.uk.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
